George Hari Kutulas was born April 18, 1936 in Spokane, Washington to Hari and Sophia (Angelus) Kutulas. George married Michele Colliton on February 7, 1968 in Spokane. He was a lifetime resident of Spokane. He was past owner of Spezia restaurant in North Spokane. George was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Post Falls, ID and the newly formed “Christ The Savior Orthodox Church” in the Spokane Valley. George was a very loving, accepting, positive person who loved his wife and family unconditionally. During the last part of his life his mission was teaching anyone interested in understanding and learning more about the ancient unchanged faith of Christianity – Orthodoxy. George passed away November 28, 2004 in Spokane Valley, Washington. He is survived by his wife, Michele, at the home; sons, Alvin and Connie Millet, Anchorage, Alaska, Hari Kutulas, Kirkland, WA, Dan Kutulas, Spokane, WA, Steve Kutulas, Spokane, WA; daughters, Shellee Meyer, Spokane, WA, Sherree and Rick Meyer, Spokane, WA, Mikki and Chris Hill, Spokane, WA, Anastasia and Tom Mason, Spokane, WA, Karen and Kicho Forrest, Spokane, WA; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
